Vivo Y35 is an upper mid range phone from vivo which was launched in August 2022.This phone has good hardware but we find it little bit expensive in this price range as it doesn’t have the AMOLED or metallic body.Sometimes vivo price its phone with high price because of the name of vivo which has good image in Pakistani Market and people love to buy vivo devices.
Vivo Y35 was launched globally with different ram and storage variants but in Pakistan we find only one variant in market and that is 128 GB of storage and 8 GB of Ram.This combination is quite popular in Pakistani Market and people usually look for this variant if they are looking to get high ram and storage combination.

Build Material
Y35 from Vivo has glass on front but the back and frame both are made of plastic which is quite disappointing for the phone in this price range, they should have atleast given a glass back or frame made of a good material e.g. Aluminum.
On the back of frame the plastic quality is good and also there is a light texture which is prominent in black color and it gives a very nice back look to the phone in black color.Vivo Y35 comes with 2 beautiful colors (Dawn Gold & Agate Black) so that you may choice as per you liking.
Display
Phone has a nice display with 6.58 Inches.Display type is IPS LCD of good quality and refresh rate is 90hz which is a plus point for the display to work smoothtly.Phone display also has brightness support upto 550 nits.Display resolution is 1080 x 2408 pixels which is a full HD resolution so definitely you will like the HD videos in this phone.Another good thing is that the pixel density is good and it is 401 ppi.
Again i would like to say that display could have been improved in this price range, they could have given an AMOLED display which is no doubt way to better than LCD and by giving an AMOLED the finger print can also be mounted under display.
Hardware
Let’s talk about the most important thing in any smart phone and that is it’s hardware.Vivo Y35 has good 4G supported chipset and that is Qualcomm Snapdragon 680.This is a good chipset which provides decent performance in multi tasking and gaming.This chipset is designed on 6 nm technology and it is an octa-core cpu chipset.
GPU in this phone is Adreno 610 which is supposed to be a good GPU for gaming.Phone is available globally in multiple variants starting from 4 GB of Ram and goes to 8 GB of Ram support max.Storage stars from 64 GB and goes to the max of 256 GB.Storage type is not mentioned or advertised but we suppose that in this price range vivo should have given UFS 2.1 of storage type.
Operating system in this smart phone is Android 11 with Funtouch 12 and there is nothing mentioned that whether this phone will get android 12 or not.
Camera
On back of this phone it has triple camera setup with (50 + 2 + 2) Megapixels.Picture quality on back camera is great and camera also has AI which improves the overall quality of pictures.In terms of features on the back camera it only has LED flash.So we can say that the camera lacks the latest and advanced features which other smart phones in this price range does have.Video recordings are 1080p@30fps.
Front/selfie camera is single camera setup with 16 MP of resolution and it has HDR supported.So you are going to have good video calls or meeting with this phones.Video recordings on front/selfie camera is 1080p@30fps
Battery/Charing
Battery installed in this smart phone vivo y35 is a big battery and there are some good features about charging available in this phone.Battery technlogy is Li-Po and the capacity of battery is 5000 mAh which is usually enough for 2 days of normal use.
Good thing about the charging on this phone is that it has fast charging support with 44W wired and this can charge the phone upto 70% in 34 mins.Phone also has reverse charging support wired which means you may charge any other phone with this phone.
